The reality TV star was promoting a new waist training brand when she shared the selfie from her wardrobe floor:
The star, who has publicly battled with her weight, caused concern amongst fans who urged to consider the health implications of the dangerous measurement training.
But it seems the star is ignoring messages, posting a series of snaps over the past month sporting the restrictive belt.
The news comes as Khloe is rumoured to be working on reconciling with ex-husband Lamar.
According to a friend of the 30-year old, Khloe and Lamar have been meeting for months:
“Khloe doesn’t want her family or the public knowing that she’s trying to work things out with Lamar.”
