Perrie Edwards has spoken out about people prying into her personal life.
When it comes to fame and celebrities, nothing they do in their personal life ever stays a secret. They can try as hard as they want to keep it private but somehow the public nearly always find out.
Little Mix’s Perrie Edwards knows all too well about people sharing her personal details, especially when Zayn sensationally called off their engagement last year.
While speaking to Cosmopolitan, she had some harsh words to say to people who are over interested in her personal life.
She said, “When it’s your personal life, something you’re going through, I think people should f*** off and have respect. At the end of the day, we are real people going through real things.”
She also reflected on how she used to deal with online comments about the band saying, “At the beginning, I used to search ‘Little Mix’ and ‘Perrie’ online. You can read a thousand lovely comments about yourself and then one bad one sticks in your head forever.
“It’s like being at school with a group of really nasty people. Someone once wrote that I had ‘cankles,’ and now I have issues with my ankles. I think they are the biggest, chunkiest things in the world. If you don’t have anything nice to say, then don’t talk!”
