Cheryl Fernandez-Versini’s former flame Derek Hough has apparently left her out of his autobiography.
The X Factor judge and professional dancer dated for a matter of months after she split from her ex-husband Ashley Cole.
But while he was with her at a significant point in her life, she won’t be appearing in his book entitled Taking The Lead: Lessons From A life In Motion.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “Derek honestly though Cheryl was the one when they were together.
“He doted on her every word and helped her come back emotionally after her split with Ashley.”
The insider added: “The scars are still there and we think he couldn’t relive the heartache.”
Cheryl is now married while Derek is being linked to newly-single actress Kate Hudson.
