One Directioner Zayn Malik and his girlfriend, Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards are due to tie the knot in 2014.
According to the BBC, Zayn’s mother Trisha has claimed the pair are planning their wedding before the end of 2014.
Trisha Malik said: ”Perrie is a lovely girl and I get on really well with her.”
”They’re thinking of the end of next year, although no date has yet been set yet.”
Malik himself will be out on the road for most of next year touring with One Direction so it looks like it might just fall to Perrie to look after the details.
Zayn proposed to Perrie in August of this year, despite rumours that he had been unfaithful in the past.
Malik’s mother is hoping that the pair will settle near to her when they return, especially if they plan on having children.
‘If they have children I wouldn’t like to be so far away from them. I would really like to still be part of their lives.”
