Nina Dobrev has spoken out about her former flame Ian Somerhalder tying the knot with Nikki Reed.
The Vampire Diaries star told E! News presenter Maria Menounos that there are no bad feelings between them.

She explained: “I’ve said this before, we didn’t break up because anything bad happened or because there wasn’t love or friendship.
“I love him and the friendship is still strong and I think he’s great and I care about him.
“And that didn’t change. Yes, we’re professional and that’s fine. We were friends long before we dated and we still are now.”
Nina and Ian dated for three years before splitting in 2013.
As for Ian and Nikki’s whirlwind marriage, she revealed: “When I heard about the wedding, I thought it was beautiful.
“They look happy and I am happy, and so I don’t see why there should be a problem with that. The drama is in the media, it’s not with us… I just ignore it.”

Nina and Ian dated for three years before splitting in 2013. He then started dating Twilight star Nikki and they got engaged at the beginning of this year after six months together.
