According to Mail Online, the singer has actually been getting close to footballer Pajtim Kasami.
While the couple are yet to say anything about their rumoured romance, they have been spotted kissing during her recent trip to Greece.
Pajtim Kasami is a footballer from Switzerland.
Over the weekend, the former X Factor judge shared a number of holiday snaps on Instagram. Alongside one, she wrote: “Goodmorning from#Mykonos…I couldn’t imagine a better birthday view to wake too…actually haven’t slept.
“Don’t want to miss a second of this day. Not a moment.#stillness Reflecting…where does the time go? Thru it all, I’m so full of #loveand #gratitude.

Earlier today, Nicole’s former flame Lewis Hamilton gave her a rather sentimental shout-out on Instagram.
He wrote: “Dear friend, Through the years we shared alot, i wouldn’t have changed a thing. All the experiences made me the man i’m proud to be right now.
“The Memories together will never be taken away no matter how old we get and I’m thankful for the time we had. I’m wishing you the Happiest of Birthdays, and may God continue to Bless you in all that you do [sic].”
