Miley Cyrus has responded to pregnancy rumours in her own unique (and kind of brilliant) way.
The singer posted a parody picture on Instagram showing her and her assistant Cheyne Thomas attending a scan which shows a pepperoni pizza baby.
Alongside the photograph Miley wrote: “The rumors are true…..@cheythom”.

Last month Life & Style reported that the 22-year-old was expecting her first child with boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger.
