The star has kept a low profile of late.
The 53-year-old stole the show in a stunning form-fitting navy dress with strappy heels, some beachy waves and a coral lip.
Meg, who attended the event solo, split from her boyfriend John Mellencamp in 2014.
Meg opted for simple but chic makeup.
At the time he gushed about the actress, saying : “She’s a beautiful girl and I know that I will never, ever, ever be with a funnier girl than her.
“I’m grateful for the three and a half years we’ve been together.”
