As one would expect Max George looked a tad uncomfortable when asked how he felt about his former flame’s engagement news this week.
The singer was on Daybreak with the rest of The Wanted boys when he was asked to talk about the fact that his ex fiancée Michelle Keegan is now engaged Mark Wright.

He replied: “I’m actually really happy for her, she’s a wonderful girl. I’ve met Mark and he seems like a really nice bloke so yeah – I wish them all the luck in the world.”
(Thousands wouldn’t but we believe you… no really we do… sort of… not really.)
While Max appeared to deal with the awkward question quite well, it didn’t take long for the hosts to sense the tension and change back to the topic of music.
The reality star popped the question during their holiday to Dubai.
Only last year Max and Michelle called off their engagement after two years together. At the time they blamed busy work schedules but rumours had it the boy band star had been sexting his ex-girlfriend.
Earlier this week Coronation Street star Michelle and Mark, whom she has been dating for nine months, revealed they are getting married.
