The dance teacher who accused X Factor judge Louis Walsh of sexually assaulting him last April has lost his appeal against his six month prison sentence.
According to the Irish Independent dance teacher Leonard Watters received an eleven month sentence for making the false allegations.
However the last five months were suspended based on him adhering to certain terms involving probation and rehabilitation.
Walters accused Walsh of sexually assaulting him in the toilets of Krystle nightclub but his claims were soon dispelled by CCTV footage. He then admitted to fabricating his story before being arrested and charged.
