Louis Walsh is to return to The X Factor for one night only…as a cleaner.
According to reports, the former judge has agreed to take part in a comedy sketch at the beginning of this year’s X Factor.
OK Online reports that Louis will clean the floor of the ‘X Factor laboratory’ while Simon Cowell plays his usual music mogul self in the short opening film.

An insider spoke to the Daily Star saying: “Louis is game for a laugh and has agreed to play a cleaner in the opening film”.
Earlier his year, it was announced that the Mayo native was leaving the show after 11 years.
This year’s judging panel features Simon Cowell, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, Nick Grimshaw and Rita Ora.
