It was the wedding of the year… and now they’re planning on doing it all over again.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are reportedly planning to renew their wedding vows during their trip to Paris, France it has been revealed this week.
According to reports, the couple – who will celebrate their one-year wedding anniversary in May – are planning a lavish affair in the French capital.
Kanye had reportedly planned an idea for the ceremony around the Eiffel Tower which included having the iconic tower lit up with their names.
However, this idea is said to have been knocked back by French authorities, much to the rapper’s disappointment.
“They couldn’t imagine anywhere more romantic to celebrate one year of married life,” a source revealed to the Daily Star, who added that Kanye was very disappointed that he hadn’t been able to carry out all of his plans for the occasion.
“[He was] a bit upset. He thought he could pull a few strings, but they said ‘non’.”
Other sources close to the couple have revealed that Kanye is believed to be organising a boat trip up the River Seine with a string quartet and opera singers.
