Katy Perry once stripped off for her ‘California Gurls’ music video, but that isn’t something she plans on repeating anytime soon.
The 28-year-old was recently interviewed by Capital FM, revealing that she is getting too old for the appearances out partially clothed, and even manages a sly dig at old pal Rihanna in the process.
“Maybe I’m just getting a little bit older and as you get older you realize, ‘Oh I don’t know if I can pull that off anymore,'” she explained.
“I mean, if I had Rihanna’s body I would wear everything that Rihanna wears because she looks fabulous in all of it… but I think I want to keep the attention on my music.”

The latest video from Rihanna’s album, Unapologetic, proves to be her most sexually explicit work to date, where the singer appears as a stripper, for single, ‘Pour It Up’.
Perry is due to her release her fourth studio album, Prism, later in the month.
“I really have a lot of confidence in my songs that are coming out and that’s where I need most of the focus.”
