Kate Middleton has taken her seven-month-old son Prince George off for his first foreign holiday.
The Duchess of Cambridge, who is apparently joining her family for the break, was snapped carrying her son off a plane en route to the Caribbean island of Mustique and the images have been published by Hello! magazine.
But while the Palace has previously taken legal action against similar pictures, they are not doing so on this occasion.
According to the Telegraph, it is because the photos were taken “in a public place, without any harassment or pursuit.”
Either way, we’re sure Prince George is enjoying his first big holiday despite the fact that his father, Prince William, is at home continuing his studies at Cambridge.
The magazine published the photos as a “World Exclusive”.
