Jeremy Jackson was arrested at the weekend on suspicion of stabbing a man in Los Angeles.
The Los Angeles Times reports that the former Baywatch star is accused of assault with a deadly weapon after a man identified him by his onscreen alter ego Hobie Buchannon.

The alleged stabbing is said to have taken place on Friday night (April 24th). The victim was taken to hospital with a wound to his torso.
Jackson was apparently taken into custody on Saturday when police responded to a different incident, a break-in at an Air BnB property, near the scene of the alleged assault.

Jackson was released on bail hours after his arrest and has since told TMZ that he was acting in self-defence. He said that he was renting said Air BnB property and was trying to retrieve his belongings from inside.
The 34-year-old is best known for playing Hobie Buchannon in Baywatch. He appeared in Celebrity Big Brother in January but was ordered to leave the house after an incident involving fellow housemate Chloe Goodman.
