Glee’s Jane Lynch aka Sue Sylvester has received a prestigious star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Lynch received star number 2505 this week at a ceremony attended by Glee creator Ryan Murphy.
“She is the hardest-working person on the set… she makes everybody better and everybody happier. She is one of the comedy greats in our business – a true class act” said Murphy.

“I am going to wake up in the middle of the night and say, ‘Ahh, I am a star!'” said the 53-year-old actress at the unveiling.
“Coach Sue would be holding it [the star plaque] up over her head like, ‘Yeah losers! This is what a winner looks like,'” joked the actress. “But, Jane Lynch is much more humble.”
“I am in the moment and experiencing it. It’s really humbling and it also makes me feel very good about myself.”
