Mark Wright has admitted that Strictly Come Dancing has had an impact on his relationship with fiancée Michelle Keegan.
The former TOWIE star told The Mirror that their busy schedules – he is in London for the dance show while Michelle is filming a new drama in Manchester – are making it hard to find time together.
“Yes, it’s difficult. We’re both very busy at the moment, it’s not been easy,” he explained before adding that they do keep in touch as much as possible.
“But our relationship is special, so when I see her, it’s like meeting her for the first time. I’d like to see her every day but we can’t, so we try not to let it pressure us.
“We speak whenever we can. If I am on a break I’ll pick the phone up and if she is on a break she calls me. We keep in contact a lot.”
Mark and Michelle are also getting ready for their trip down the aisle. The couple, who have been together since 2012, are said to be tying the knot in Norfolk next year.
Michelle and Mark have been engaged since last year.
