Although Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher have been apart since November 2011, their divorce agreement had been dragged out for a couple of years due to Moore’s claims for spousal support.
According to the Daily Mail, Demi dropped this claim today and the former couple have signed the divorce agreement.
A source told Page Six: ‘Ashton and Demi have finally signed their divorce agreement. They are about to file paperwork with the court that will formally end their marriage.’
TMZ is reporting that Demi dropped the claim as cheating doesn’t entitle her to any spousal support in California. Kutcher had apparently cheated on his wife a couple of months before the split.
Kutcher is currently tied to his close friend and former That 70’s Show co-star Mila Kunis.
Will this mean that the pair could possibly tie the knot?
