JJ Hamlett, of boyband Union J, is officially a father as his girlfriend Caterina Lopez gave birth to a baby boy at 9:30a.m this morning.
The singer announced the news via Twitter posting, “Its official at 9 30am today I became a Daddy The healthy little boy has arrived at a weight of 6lb!!!!! soooo happy right now :)))) (sic) xx.”
24-year-old JJ posted that he and girlfriend Caterina were expecting a baby in September, also via Twitter.
At the time, he said, “‘Guys I want you to be the first to know that I’ve got some big news…I’m going to be a daddy…. 🙂 🙂 wooop x.’
