After years of renewed vows and matching Halloween costumes it has become clear that Heidi and Seal are finished for good.
Although the stars insisted that they still loved one another after their split, it appears that the pair can’t have a civil conversation as they get set to battle over the custody of their children.
According to Star magazine, Heidi applied for primary physical custody of the children but Seal has counter-sued her because he feels they should split the time with the kids equally.
And Seal’s not just after custody, he also wants a sliver of Heidi’s $70 million (€55 million) fortune even though the model has insisted that the couple did not have any joint assets.

Heidi is also said to be miffed that Seal used intimate photographs of their kids in an ad campaign for a Leica digital camera without asking her permission.
“Heidi isn’t trying to cause trouble.
“She’s just trying to protect her brood. Since she filed for divorce from Seal, he’s been out with more than one young woman, whereas Heidi hasn’t dated at all,” said a source.
The Project Runway icon is rumoured to be dating Germany’s Next Top Model executive Thomas Hayo.
