As an X Factor judge, Nicole Scherzinger is currently on our screens every Saturday and Sunday night and she is delighted with the reception she’s getting.
“You’ll notice I’ll be sticking my chest out. I’m just playing, I’m enjoying myself,” she told The Sun: “I’m loving the attention from the contestants – who wouldn’t? Although it would be nice if they were a little older.”
The 35-year old is very confident with her category this year and believes she could win again this year, after taking first place with James Arthur last year.
“Simon is so impressed with the talent in my category and I believe I have the winner. But then Sharon (Osbourne) has someone who’s also a contender.”
She added: “James Arthur, he’s my boo. He gets jealous that I’m going to be giving all my attention to the girls.”

However, despite the bubbly exterior sources close to the star say she is heartbroken following her split with Formula One racing driver Lewis Hamilton.
X Factor contestant Relley Clarke who is hoping to get to the live shows. She told the Sunday People that Nicole kept “breaking down” in Antigua, where Nicole and her girls went so she could choose who makes it to the live shows.
A source close to the star said, “She feels really sad and very lonely,” adding: “Nicole might be a hugely successful and beautiful woman but travelling the world alone without a boyfriend to talk to on the end of a phone is hard.”
