Lily Allen has confessed she was offered a cameo role on cult series Game of Thrones – but turned it down after hearing details of the part.
The singer’s real-life brother Alfie Allen plays Greyjoy on the programme, but when producers approached her for a part, she was left feeling awkward and uncomfortable by the proposition.
Speaking at a Reddit event, Allen told fans:
“I’ve been asked to do a Game Of Thrones cameo. They asked me if I’d be interested in playing Theon’s sister, and I felt uncomfortable because I would have had to go on a horse and he would have touched me up and s**t.
“Once they told me what was entailed, I said no thanks.”
Although she’s strictly off the casting list, the 29 year old mother of three hasn’t ruled out appearing as a musical guest on the show, and “would be open to doing a musical cameo like Sigur Ros.”
