Tom (heartthrob) Hardy and his actress fiancée Charlotte Riley are apparently husband and wife after tying the knot in secret.
According to The Mirror this morning, the couple wed in the South of France at the beginning of July. The ceremony is said to have taken place at Chateau de Roussan in Provence.
The wedding was only attended by close friends and family including Tom’s former flame Rachael Speed, with whom he has a six-year-old son.
Charlotte and Tom are said to have tied the knot two months ago.
An insider told The Sun on Sunday: “It was a beautiful, low-key day made even more special because they just had their closest friends and family around them.”
They added: “There was nothing flash about the wedding, they always said they wanted it to be about the two of them and their family rather than any grand gesture.”
Tom and Charlotte started dating after meeting on the set of Wuthering Heights back in 2009. They got engaged the following year.
The couple were recently snapped at the launch of the iPhone 6.
The actor, who has starred in the likes of Inception and The Dark Knight Rises, was previously married to Sarah Ward. They split in 2004 after five years of marriage.
Earlier this year, he sparked wedding rumours when he referred to Charlotte as his “wife” but now it seems it is true.
