Reality star Lauren Goodger revealed on Twitter that she has been starving herself in order to lose weight.
She said: “Haven’t eaten for 3 days not stopping until I get left the hell alone!
“I don’t think I look like they make out but I’m going to be so skinny!!”
It seems Lauren have realised her mistake as she later deleted what she had posted.
She had been out drinking with her father and posted a series of tweets riddled with mistakes.

“I won’t stop until they accept who I am the thought of food makes me sick I am going be the slimmest girl in industry [then] maybe they let me be sexy.
“I’ll always be the bad girl who has lived n learned now I’m going to turn this upside down.”
On realising how her tweets might be portrayed by her followers, of which she has over a million, the former The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE) star was embarrassed.
She wrote: “Sorry 4rant, V unlike me. Sometimes media pressure gets 2u & feels like cant do right 4doing wrong. [sic] Shouldn’t have let it get me down. #PMA [Positive Mental Attitude].”
It doesn’t seem as though she’s taken her words on board as she later tweeted about the juicing programme she’s about to start in a bid to lose more weight…
