We’re all for playing the long game but we have to admit we’re shocked by Julio Iglesias’ admission that he still hasn’t met Anna Kournikova, despite the fact that she’s been dating his son for 12 YEARS!!!
The notorious ladies man (ask your mam!) told The Mirror that he has still not met Enrique Ingesias’s tennis player girlfriend but she has met the rest of the family.
“My kids are very independent and it is difficult to see Enrique because he is all over the world. But Anna is very beautiful—they have good taste, my kids. I have to tell the truth—I have never met Anna. Yes, my wife, and my kids and his brothers have, but I have never met her, no, no, never.”
The 70-year-old also expressed his pride over his son’s achievements, calling him as “super guy”, but stayed very diplomatic on his Enrique’s musical direction.
“The music is very different to mine and he has gone his own way…I don’t have to say whether I like it or not. He is doing very well, he is a clever guy and he is very charming.”
