Ed Sheeran might be a superstar with sold-out gigs and number one singles but deep down, that’s not what really matters to him.
The singer revealed that the best thing to come out of his success isn’t the fame and fortune, it’s what he has been able to do for his parents.

Ed is performing at Croke Park next weekend.
He told The Mirror: “Being able to really pay my parents – not just financially – but being able to give them the things they wouldn’t ever have dream of…
“Seeing them going off doing their thing is probably the best thing that’s come out of my career. They’re going around the world and for me to see that is great.”

The singer at the Brit Awards this year.
The 24-year-old added that they also make him want to settle down one day: “My parents are so in love it’s ridiculous.”
He continued: “They’ve cracked it and my grandparents cracked it – but nowadays it’s harder to find that. I hope to have kids.”
