It seems Ed Sheeran and Nicole Scherzinger have struck up a close friendship.
In fact, some are even saying that it could be more than that after the two stars allegedly enjoyed a string of dates together.

A source told The Sun on Sunday: “As far as he’s concerned they were in the early stages of dating and he’s been open about it with close friends and colleagues. It may not develop beyond those dates but they’re definitely tight.”
A friend of the former Pussycat Doll apparently revealed that Nicole has also visited Ed’s hometown before explaining: “They’re extremely close. Nicole says he is the male version of her.”
Nicole is only recently out of a long-term relationship with Lewis Hamilton.
Nicole hasn’t been seriously linked to anyone since her split from Lewis Hamilton although she was spotted kissing footballer Pajtim Kasami last month.
Meanwhile Ed had to play down rumours that he was dating Irish model Louise Johnston following his break-up from Athina Andrelos.
