She’s never been one to mince her words so it comes as no surprise that the media matriarch has added more fuel to the fire and has launched yet another attack on Lady Gaga’s fans.
Last week she wrote an open letter to the star in a response to a letter Gaga wrote to Kelly but not happy to just say her bit and move on, Sharon has now spoken out about the Born This Way singer on US talk show ‘The Talk’.
Speaking on the show Sharon ranted “”Don’t let your fans be so hideously damaging, hurtful, violent… on your own website. If you are the Mother Monster, monitor it.
“Why haven’t you, as a responsible young woman, said, ‘No violence on my website, no violence, no threats, no violence’? Everything is guns, guns, guns. This is not right, and she should be stopped.”
It looks like a grenade, doens’t it?
The former America’s Got Talent judge also accused Gaga of being “irresponsible” and then added “All I’m asking her to do is to stay true to her foundation, which she said [she created because] she wants the world to be a braver, kinder world.”
The 26-year-old singer has yet to respond to Sharon directly but replied to her open letter at the weekend saying: “”Nobody takes adolescents seriously, I do. My letter to Kelly Osbourne was open, because her statements on cyber-bulling were public & as a youth activist I’m compelled to be involved.”
