Dan Osborne was reportedly arrested after an incident at his ex-girlfriend Megan Tomlin’s house.
According to Heat magazine, the TOWIE star was questioned by police on suspicion of assault last week before being released without charge.
A spokesperson told the publication: “A 23-year-old man was arrested at around 11.30am on Monday 10th November. He was later released without charge.”
Dan and Megan have an 11-month-old son, Teddy, together. He is now expecting a child with EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa.
Speaking previously about the situation, Dan told Star magazine: “It’s a really difficult situation. It’s not easy for Megan… but I’m trying to do the best I can for her, Jacqueline, and of course Teddy.”
Dan and Jacqueline are expecting their first child together.
