Nicole Scherzinger sang a moving tribute to the late Nelson Mandela at the Cosmopolitan Women of the Year Awards 2013.
On picking up her award for TV personality of the year, Nicole sang an impromptu rendition of This Little Light Of Mine after hearing of Mandela’s passing at home in Johannesburg, South Africa.

35-year-old Nicole later wrote on Twitter: ”God Bless @NelsonMandela Tears stream as it was an honour to have known u. / U were truly exceptional & an inspiration. (sic)”
