Coronation Street actress Georgia May Foote has been signed up to Select Model Management.
It was revealed earlier this year that the 23-year-old would be leaving her role as Katy Armstrong on the popular soap.
Georgia said that the modelling contract was “an absolute dream come true”, according to The Daily Mail.
“As a little girl growing up I used to look at all the models on Select’s board and could only ever dream of being on it. I can’t wait to see what the future holds and I’m really grateful for the opportunity” continued the actress.

Kirsty Reilly, Head of Special Bookings at Select, said that she is delighted to welcome Georgia to the agency.
“Select Special Bookings are excited by this beautiful, talented young actress and see a great future for her in the fashion world” said Kirsty.
Having recently finished filming her final scenes, Georgia revealed that her exit from the show would be ” a very emotional time”.
