Coronation Street actress Samia Ghadie and her partner Sylvain Longchambon are expecting their first baby.

Thirty two-year-old Samia also has a daughter named Freya from her marriage to Matthew Smith which came to an end in 2011.
The soap star, who plays Maria Connor, took to Twitter tonight to reveal the news to her fans.

Sylvain and Samia met when they were partnered together for Dancing On Ice in 2013.
