It is well known that Cher Lloyd has had beef with Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, and it looks as if she could be stirring things up again.
The former X Factor contestant has revealed that she was “very surprised” that Simon Cowell hired Rita Ora and also hinted that she feels the star may struggle on the judging panel alongside Cheryl.

It was announced last month that Rita will join the judging panel.
Speaking to Heat, the 21-year-old admitted: “I was very surprised that Simon hired Rita.
“I was shocked – that’s for sure. I’m not sure if it’s a good or bad thing, but I guess she’s young and very influential.
“She’s definitely on trend, but we’ll see.”

Cher Lloyd came 4th on 2010 X Factor.
However, in what appears to be a jibe at her former mentor Cheryl, the singer added: “No-one is going to fill Cheryl’s shoes without a fight, and anyone who knows Cheryl knows she’ll always be Simon’s golden girl.
“She won’t let Rita get close to where she’s at.”

Cher and Cheryl have a tense relationship.
Cher was mentored by Cheryl on the show back in 2010, but the pair fell out after she accused Cheryl of using autotune in a performance.
The comments prompted Cheryl to tweet: “Be careful who you kick on your way up. They kick you twice as hard on your way back down.”
Speaking to The Sun after it was announced she would be joining the panel, Rita brushed off any potential cat fights.
She said: “That’s not something I’m focused on.
“Anyway, I think that will be looked at differently now. You see female popstars supporting each other more.
“Plus, I had only met Cheryl once before. But she is very hot and pretty.”
It will be interesting to see how this one plays out.
