Well, it’s not that crazy really but teen popstar Justin Bieber seems to think it’s just the funniest thing ever.
Photo-editing and sharing app Instagram released a brand new feature yesterday, videos with the familiar filtering options.
The announcement caused a bit of a stir online with Instagram and social media fans alike, but the one person who’s really excited about it is 19-year-old Justin.
The popstar’s first video on the site (click here to view it) prompted speculation on Twitter that he may have been smoking marijuana before filming the amateur shoot, Daily Mail reports.
“Justin bieber was stoned in that IG video [sic],” wrote one fan.

“So, crazy news guys!” he giggled as he sways shirtless (as ever) in front of the camera.
