Beyoncé is reportedly being sued by a Hungarian folk singer over her hit song Drunk In Love.

Monika Miczura Juhasz (aka Mitsou) is claiming that the star recorded her singing a song called Bajba, Bajba Pelem and digitally manipulated her vocals without permission for the sample that plays at the start of the track.

According to reports Mitsou is seeking unspecified damages and states that almost a third (29 per cent) of the song, which also features Jay Z,  should be credited to her.

The lawsuit says: “Following Mitsou’s stirring featured solo vocal introduction, Mitsou’s voice continues to sing as Beyoncé begins to sing, to evoke foreign eroticism alongside the sexually intense lyrics performed by Beyoncé and Jay Z in Drunk in Love.”

The tune, which can be heard below, featured on Beyoncé’s self-titled 2013 album. She is yet to respond to the claims.
