Now, we don’t know about you, but if we were planning on getting hitched, we’d want to look amazing in our wedding pictures. So we sort of understand why Anne Hathaway has decided to postpone her impending nuptials.
Anne has reportedly put her wedding plans on ice until her hair grows back. Yes, really. It’s a well-known fact that poor Anne isn’t exactly thrilled with her new pixie crop and the actress is hoping to grow her lovely long locks back again before she walks down the aisle.
“She wanted to get married this year, but she had to cut her hair short for Les Miserables and she’s waiting for it to grow back,” said a source.
Anne was due to marry her fiancé, jewellery designer Adam Shulman, this year but she wants to wait it out for the time being.
Anne has made no secret of the fact that she hates her short hair.
The couple began dating back in November 2008, just after she split from disgraced businessman Raffaello Follieri, who was jailed for money laundering, fraud and conspiracy.
However, Anne originally thought that Adam was just going to be a rebound. Little did she know that he would actually end up being her future husband!
“Adam totally ruined my plan,” said Anne, speaking to Marie Claire magazine.
“I was really actually looking forward to a little alone time and then I fall in love like a fool,” she added.
