Actress Amanda Bynes has been hospitalised and will be undergoing a mental health evaluation it has been reported.
Bynes is being held on a 5150, which is an involuntary hospitalisation for mental analysis.
The actress allegedly started a fire in a woman’s driveway according to reports by TMZ.
According to the celebrity news site, they spoke to the woman whose driveway Amanda built the fire on. She told them that she had no idea what was going on until the police knocked on her front door.
She told TMZ that they asked her; “Do you know anyone by the name of Amanda Bynes, or why she would have some vendetta against you?” The woman answered no.

“Deputies investigated the incident and determined that [Bynes] met the criteria of 5150 (California Welfare & Institutions Code),” Cpt. Don Aguilar of the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department told the Daily News.
“She was detained and taken for a mental health evaluation,” police said.
According to TMZ however, Amanda can only be held for 72 hours.
