We’ve all been there… you know those nights when one you hear the familiar phrase… “ah, sure we’ll head to Coppers.”
A favourite of many including GAA players, students and even the odd famous face… the nightclub on Harcourt Street has a reputation as one of the best venues in Dublin for having the craic.
It has also started to pull in an impressive profit, figures published in the Irish Independent today show that pre-tax profits were a staggering €6.8million in the year ending January 31 2013.

A glimpse of the crowds that wait to get into Coppers
That is almost exactly the same as the year before, which is fantastic news for owners Cathal and Paula Jackson.
The company behind the nightspot, Breanagh Catering Ltd, is now sitting on cash reserves of €43m.
If things keep going this way, they look set to go over the €7 million mark next year… see ye all there later!
