A former Colorado radio DJ is suing Taylor Swift.

David Mueller filed his lawsuit on Thursday and is claiming that he was fired after being falsely accused of grabbing her bottom.

According to CNN the alleged incident happened when he and his girlfriend were at a meet-and-greet with the singer at one of her concerts at the Pepsi Centre in June 2013.

The alleged incident took place in June 2013.

The couple took their picture backstage with Swift. They were later approached by her security team and removed from the venue.

Two days later he was fired from his job and banned from attending any of her shows for the rest of his life.

Mueller denies inappropriate contact with the pop star.

A spokesperson for Swift said: “The radio station was given evidence immediately after the incident. They made their independent decision.”
