The singer calls her fans ‘Little Monsters’ and often holds her hand in a claw-like fashion in a nod to them, but this takes things to a whole new level.
The singer was travelling to Berlin, to attend a listening party for upcoming album ARTPOP, due for release November 11.
She tweeted earlier in the day: ‘Off to Berlin! Kleine monsters ready for the ARTPOP listening party at my favourite nightclub?’
Dressed in a flouncy floral dress, high heeled leather boots and dark sunglasses, the singer was channelling a modern gothic look.

Carrying the claw in her hand, looking as if she hadn’t a care in the world, the Pokerface singer strode confidently through the airport.
Gaga has also avoided court by settling a claim brought by a former personal assistant who said the singer refused to pay her overtime.
Jennifer O’Neill had claimed the Poker Face singer cheated her out of overtime wages when she worked for her for a few weeks in early 2009 and for 13 months beginning in February 2010.
