If there was ever a time when your country needed you to step up and do your duty, this would be it.
Radio Times have teamed up with Captain America: The Winter Soldier to give the public an opportunity to vote for which British or Irish TV show they would like to appear in the new film.
The show with the most votes will appear in Captain America’s notebook. Yes. Really.
Basically, Cap has a notebook in the next instalment which will detail all of the events he has missed during his absence. From the list to be voted on over on Radio Times, one of the shows will appear in his notebook.
And, wait for it, Father Ted is on that list! Now, we will gladly take Mrs. Brown’s Boys too but we think that Ted has a bit of a legacy and a slight cult status. Just slight, mind you. The series isn’t that well known really now, is it?
So get over to Radio Times and get voting! Oh, and Captain America will get released here on 26th March.
