The below video shows a ten-year-old breakdancer named Shosei display his gravity-defying moves.
Footage posted by YAK films shows Shosei performing a series of technical moves such as head-spins and windmills in Osaka, Japan.
The dancing is also called B-boying or breaking and involves acrobatic moves combined with dancing.
Breaking involves a lot of muscles so dancers often specially train to increase their strength.
This means they can support themselves when performing specialist moves such as headspins etc.
