Food Unwrapped – Channel 4 (8.00pm)

Jimmy Doherty, Kate Quilton and Matt Tebbutt take a look at the diet products and detoxing as they explore the benefits of various foods – from sweeteners to cheese!

Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason – ITV2 (9.00pm)

Starring  Renee Zellweger, Colin Firth, Hugh Grant, Jim Broadbent and Gemma Jones. Sequel to the popular comedy based on the book of the same name. Bridget seems to have finally found the perfect boyfriend but sometimes things are too good to be true!

The Summit – RTÉ One (9.35pm)

Documentary premiere looking at one of the most tragic events in mountaineering history. A team of 22 climbers were on their way to the peak of K2 in the Himalayas, when disaster struck. 11 survived the journey.

Set List: Stand-Up Without a Net – Sky Atlantic (10.15pm)

Prepare for laughs! Comedians Russell Kane, Paul Foot and Marcel Lucont perform improvised routines on subjects from the crowd.
