2013 was quite a whirlwind for the preened and pampered folk of celebland. No one had quite an eventful year as reality star, Kim Kardashian.
The 33-year-old gave birth to her first child, North West, back in June, which just so happened to be the very same month her divorce settlement to Kris Humphries was finalised.
And of course, there was that lavish party in October when she and Kanye West got engaged.
The rapper surprised Kim with a sparkler for her birthday, and the pair celebrated the news surrounded by all of their family and friends.
Speaking of sparklers and baby North, Kim posted the following image to her Instagram account to mark the New Year with her 12 million followers.
The photograph shows little North West holding Mum’s diamond ring.
The image was simply captioned: “It was an amazing year!!!”
We’re guessing the three exclamation marks in a row means means that Kim is pretty happy with life right now.
