Goodbye Roses – See you next Christmas. The holiday season saw hundreds of chocolates, Pringles and all sorts of treats gobbled down, and as much as we enjoyed them, we did feel a bit guilty.

So why not kick start the New Year with this healthy detox smoothie?

This Kale Blitzer is full of great ingredients that are packed with nutrients. Trust us, you’ll feel so much better after it, and all you have to do is chuck them into a smoothie maker:

Kale Blitzer

Ingredients:

  • 4 Kale Leaves
  • 2 Green Apples
  • 2 Cups Fresh Spinach
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 2 Celery Stalks
  • 1 Large Carrot
  • Half a Lime
  • Half a Lemon
