A woman from California took this picture which shows what appears to be a fairly large shark in the surf on the coast on Manhattan Beach.
Surfers and lifeguards have confirmed that the photo was of a shark, but the woman in question decided to tell her children that it was a dolphin so as not to scare them, according to NBC news.
