Forget your Adam Levine and your Zac Efron (well, don’t forget Zac Efron completely, we really like him) but there is a new sexiest man in town and we have to say we are pretty delighted with this one.
An MTV readers poll announced that the winner, as voted by their audience, was… the one and only Tom Hiddleston.
The British actor, who plays Loki in Thor and the Avengers, beat off runner-up Michael Fassbender to the top spot.
Hiddleston managed to win a whopping 77% of the vote to take the title for Sexiest Man Alive for MTV readers. His on-screen brother Chris Hemsworth won just 4% of the vote.
Last month, the MTV readers had previously voted for the lead singer of Maroon 5, Mr. Adam Levine.
Hiddleston undoubtedly won over the MTV News readers with his buckets of charm, his random song videos and that all-important role as the wonderful Loki.
Stand aside other beautiful gentlemen, we have a clear winner.
