We have grown up hearing stories from Mums, Dads and Grandparents, about things and situations that are completely foreign to our 21st century way of life. Days of long skirts to school, Frank Sinatra and JFK, Johnny Cash and Folsom Prison, or when the main means of transport was a bike or horse.
Long gone are those days, thankfully however memories of these times are salvaged by irreplaceable footage and beautiful black and white images.
