The Beckhams have decided to set up home in a £40 million London mansion as a replacement for Beckingham Palace, their Hertfordshire estate.
Renovations before the family move in are said to be priced around the £5 million mark and the newly done-up house will include separate rooms for hair-dressing, manicures and make-up.
Their London abode will have a secret tunnel for staff and security to travel to the property.
A sound system has been installed so that music can be played in every room and can be controlled by phone and/or computer.
Reports say the couple are planning to install waterproof plasma TV’s in every bathroom.

Beckingham Palace has reportedly sold for £12 million
It is thought that their children Brooklyn (14) Romeo (11), Cruz (8) and Harper (2) will take over the second level of the house, where the bedroom have ensuite bathrooms attached.
David and Victoria have reportedly sold their Hertfordshire home, known as Beckingham Palace, for over £12million. However, they also own homes in California, Dubai and a holiday home in the South of France.
The Beckhams bought the 12-acre estate, dubbed Beckingham Palace just three months after their wedding in 1999 for £2.5 million.
