Brave Batkid: Celebrities Tweet About 5-Year-Old Miles

15 November 2013 is a day 5-year-old Miles, also known as Batkid will remember forever.

Yesterday San Francisco turned into Gotham City for a day so that he could become Batman; Miles was diagnosed with leukemia when he was only 18 months but is now in remission.

Quite a number of celebrities took to Twitter to praise Miles and his bravery including President Obama who said, #FollowFriday RT @SFWish: Here he comes!!!! #SFBatkid

Celebrities tweeted their support of 5-year-old Miles

Batkid’s bravery became widely known as “Batkid” began to trend via Twitter.

Among those who reacted to Miles’ touching story were Elizabeth Banks, Enrique Iglesias, Anna Kendrick and Josh Groban.
